Theft Protect is a provider of Theft & Write-Off car insurance. IST Media have provided Theft Protect with a bespoke online retail platform that involves a secure area where brokers log into the system to sell policies to customers.
This secure area also provides detailed reporting for the brokers as well as multiple maintenance functions. The site also has an administration area exclusive to Theft Protect within which they can administer their system and produce more detailed reports.

HSBC required Theft Protect to be bolted onto their Platform 24 system so 2,500 HSBC Insurance Brokers could securely use the Theft Protect retail system to sell policies. This required a total re-design of the Theft Protect system in order to match the appearance of the Platform 24 system while keeping the functionality of the overall functionality of the system the same.
